Main Pediatric Nurse Station

El Camino Lucile Packard Children's Hospital: Comprehensive Eating Disorders and Pediatric Units

As a longtime service partner of El Camino Hospital, Lucile Packard Children's Hospital (LPCH) occupies a dedicated wing on the Fourth Floor of the new replacement hospital. With playful, brightly colored forms and patterns, the wing serves a 15-bed Pediatric Unit as well the 15-bed Comprehensive Eating Disorders Unit — the only comprehensive program of its type serving children and adolescents in Northern California. A Child-Life Play Room features a cushioned resilient floor with an inlaid orange island amid a blue sea. A family lounge with cooking and laundry facilities, activities room, classroom, and dining room with kitchenette are among the more specialized space types included in the two units.
