El Camino Hospital
New Hospital Project |
| This 5-story new hospital includes 300 licensed beds (85% private), a 36-bed Emergency Department with a 10 bed observation unit, 16 operating/ interventional treatment rooms, a conference center, a cafeteria and dining room, a separate deli café, and several retail support spaces. Millican Jones were the lead designers for the public space interiors as well as collaborating closely with KMD on the interior architecture for the inpatient areas. Other services included major wayfinding concepts, all finish material selection and furniture selection for all non-systems furniture. |
